ONsite Shine provides mobile car washing services in Wollongong, NSW. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

• Your name, email address and mobile number
• Your service address, and its map location used to check our service area
• Vehicle and booking details, and any notes you give us
• Payment status from PayPal (we never receive or store your full card details)
• Basic technical information such as IP address, used for security and to prevent abuse

How we use it

To take and manage your booking, confirm your address is within our service area, send booking confirmations, reminders and updates, process payments and refunds, sign you in with one-time email codes, and keep the website secure.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run our booking system: PayPal (payments), Google Maps (address search and map location), our email delivery provider, and our website host. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as needed for our business, tax and legal obligations.

Security

Our website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). One-time sign-in codes are stored only in hashed form and expire after a few minutes.

Access and correction

You can ask to access or correct your personal information, or delete your account, by contacting us.
