No, as long as we can safely access the vehicle. Leave access notes (gate code, parking spot) in the booking form.

Each package shows its duration when you book. Times vary by package and vehicle size.

Payment is taken online when you book, securely through PayPal. Your booking is confirmed once PayPal confirms the payment.

No password needed. Enter your email and we’ll send you a 6-digit code. Your account is created automatically the first time.

Yes. From My Bookings you can cancel or request a new time up to 24 hours before your appointment. Read the full Cancellation & Refund Policy.

If weather makes it unsafe or impractical to wash, we’ll contact you to arrange a new time at no extra cost.
